Our Services
Domiciliary Care Services
Our care workers will support you according to your care/support plan. Where care is required for example, 2-1 or 1-1 service, our management team will carry out assessments. Services are designed to be accessible and flexible, promoting ordinary lifestyles and based upon your own choices.
Live-in care/Respite care
We provide 24-hour service for those that are caring for their loved ones at home, with care workers to support them with their day-to-day activities. For those who might be living with their family and require respite, we will have staff to take over until their return.
Night Care Support
Our care workers deliver overnight care so individuals or their loved ones can rest comfortably through the twilight hours. We will support with complex needs, preparation to go to bed, toileting needs, monitoring, administration of medication or supervisory roles. Our night care service include: waking night, sitting night and sleeping night .
Dementia Care
If you have been diagnosed with dementia or early onset Alzheimer’s we will have a specialist care worker supporting you with these complex needs. Care workers are trained to understand some of the challenges people live with, and how to support them in a dignified, non-judgemental respectful manner.
Home from Hospital
We provide practical care solutions for those returning home from hospital. We work with other services to complete assessments and match care packages with experienced staff. We understand the importance of recovery and we collaborate with you to achieve your outcomes, if you need to attend different services for example physiotherapy, speech and language therapy we support you.
Palliative Care
Palliative care at home allows you to stay in your home surrounded by familiarity, which is essential to someone at end-of-life care. We work in partnership with hospital discharge coordinators to plan a quick, pain free and smooth transition.
Supported Living
CTD Care Services Ltd will match the nominated care worker as closely as possible with the individual requiring care and respecting the need to change the care worker in the event of subsequent non-compatibility. All care workers will be trained to work in any area however sometimes individuals would request for a female/male care worker so we would need to adapt to this.
Visiting Care
This service will be provided to those individuals who require companionship, these can be as and when required. We know some families might be living away, or working, which means they might not be available to visit regularly.
Day Centre Support
As individuals you are entitled to make decisions and choices about your daily lives and activities, therefore you could be attending the Day Centre on set days. You will be supported in your decisions to take reasonable risks especially when our staff are supporting you in the Day Centre (Local Authority run).
